For groups of families, friends and all sociable types, these beautiful 'contemporary colonial' two-storey villas are ideal. Situated on a long stretch of sandy beach in the sleepy village of Induruwa, Sri's three beautifully furnished individual yet complementary villas have stunning uninterrupted views of the Indian Ocean that are exceptionally beautiful at sunset. A lush garden featuring soaring coconut palms, fragrant frangipani, hibiscus and heliconia aromatically envelopes the property while a sparkling 30-metre child-friendly swimming pool sits invitingly in front of the villas.
Each of the fully-staffed villas is designed as a contemporary version of a typical Sri Lankan home where high vaulted ceilings, tall louvered windows and wraparound verandahs predominate. They feature luxuriously appointed South Asian and custom-made furnishings that mingle beside Sri Lankan antiques and works of art that colourfully illuminate the white walls. The ground-floor living and dining areas of each villa are especially generously sized and open onto pillared verandahs set with elegantly designed seating that overlook the pool, garden and ocean. All of the villas also have their own private kitchens which are fully equipped to allow guests to prepare their own meals.
The stretch of beach in Induruwa is typically tranquil and often deserted; take yourself off for a sandy sunset stroll or enjoy the crimson sky from your spacious verandah, drink in hand. If you fancy a break from the beach, cycle inland to be immersed by lush green paddy, palms and villages while Bentota and all its attractions are only a ten-minute drive away.
Each villa has luxuriously appointed interiors, generous living and dining spaces, private kitchens, spacious balconies and master suites with oversized en suite bathrooms.
Nisala Villa
Being the smallest, this central standing villa is the most charming. It can accommodate a maximum of four guests in its two double master suites, both of which are situated on the first floor. The suites also have tropical outdoor showers and wonderful private sea-view balconies. Nisala directly overlooks the swimming pool.

| Rates Include All taxes and service charges. All villas come with staff Cleaner (Daily), Chef/Cook (Full time), and Security. Check in – 3.00pm, Check out - 10.00am Late check outs up to 6.00pm may incur a half day charge, after 6.00pm a full day may be charged. Every effort will be made to accommodate other check in/out times but will depend on availability. Cancellation Policy All cancellations must be advised in writing and will take effect the day we receive it. Standard Cancellation Terms apply however where possible we voluntarily negotiate with the hotels and service providers on your behalf and refund all recoverable costs for cancellations beyond our terms and conditions. Our standard cancellation policy is as follows: Off Peak Period • If you cancel more than 45 days prior to arrival the deposit is non-refundable. • If you cancel between 30 and 45 days prior to arrival the cancellation is 40% of the villa price. • If you cancel between 15 and 29 days prior to arrival the cancellation is 60% of the villa price. • If you cancel between 14and 0 days prior to arrival the cancellation is 100% of the villa price. Peak Period. (December 15 to January 15) • If you cancel more than 45 days prior to arrival the deposit is non-refundable. • If you cancel between 0 and 45 days prior to arrival the cancellation is 100% of the villa price. | Rates Exclude Rates do NOT include breakfast. Payment Terms A deposit is payable to when you confirm your booking. The deposit amount may vary depending on the seasonality. We will advise the exact deposit. The deposit is non refundable and is taken on behalf of the property and is required to secure the accommodation. For all bookings once we receive the non refundable deposit we will provide you with a booking voucher with the full villa or hotel details giving confirmed dates and full details of the booking. In all villa bookings full payment must be received one month in advance. For a villa booking a security deposit equal to one day's rent may be payable on your arrival by way of cash. The deposit will be used as security for any damages and or charges incurred by you during your stay. This amount less any chargeable items will be returned to you upon departure. |
