IF Villa is characterised by space and is very private. Surrounding this magnificent five-bedroomed Dutch Villa in a sweeping sea of green is a two-acre tropical garden characterised by grassy lawns, swaying palms and scented frangipani trees. Bordering the garden is a stunning strip of beach enhanced by a beautiful coral lagoon that the villa has private access to. Since it offers some of the safest year-round swimming and snorkelling on the south coast, IF Villa is also an especially good choice for families with children.
An open courtyard with tranquility pool marks the entrance to this chic and stylish colonial villa and leads into a spacious living room bordered on three sides by French windows and wrap-around pillared verandahs characteristic of a southern walawe or ancestral home. Sumptuously cushioned sofas within the villa and plentiful planters' chairs on the tiled verandah offer the ideal location for both socialising and serenity as you gaze over the azure swimming pool in the garden to the glittering Indian Ocean beyond.
IF Villa houses five modern and luxurious air-conditioned bedrooms each with direct garden access and some with sea views. The villa sleeps ten in its three double and two twin rooms.
While the double rooms are furnished with teak four-poster beds draped in soft white mosquito netting, all are furnished with antique furniture and crisp white cotton sheets. Highly polished cement floors and ceiling fans help to keep the rooms cool.
The modern en-suite bathrooms in each of the rooms have shower rooms, twin vanities and plenty of soft fluffy towels. A few of the rooms are characterised by invigorating outdoor showers open to the sky.
At IF, life is easy; the villa staff of six tend to your every need so you can enjoy cooling dips in the pool or ocean followed by long, lazy lunches on the sun-drenched terrace overlooking the lagoon. Come nightfall indulge in delicious dinners in the separate Dining Pavilion and let your personal chef take care of your culinary needs. If too much relaxing gets the better of you, the beach is perfect for a stroll while exploration of the historic city of Galle is only a 20-minute drive away.

| Rates Include All taxes and service charges. All villas come with staff Cleaner (Daily), Chef/Cook (Full time), and Security. Check in – 3.00pm, Check out - 10.00am Late check outs up to 6.00pm may incur a half day charge, after 6.00pm a full day may be charged. Every effort will be made to accommodate other check in/out times but will depend on availability. Cancellation Policy All cancellations must be advised in writing and will take effect the day we receive it. Standard Cancellation Terms apply however where possible we voluntarily negotiate with the hotels and service providers on your behalf and refund all recoverable costs for cancellations beyond our terms and conditions. Our standard cancellation policy is as follows: Off Peak Period • If you cancel more than 45 days prior to arrival the deposit is non-refundable. • If you cancel between 30 and 45 days prior to arrival the cancellation is 40% of the villa price. • If you cancel between 15 and 29 days prior to arrival the cancellation is 60% of the villa price. • If you cancel between 14and 0 days prior to arrival the cancellation is 100% of the villa price. Peak Period. (December 15 to January 15) • If you cancel more than 45 days prior to arrival the deposit is non-refundable. • If you cancel between 0 and 45 days prior to arrival the cancellation is 100% of the villa price. | Rates Exclude Rates do NOT include breakfast. Payment Terms A deposit is payable to when you confirm your booking. The deposit amount may vary depending on the seasonality. We will advise the exact deposit. The deposit is non refundable and is taken on behalf of the property and is required to secure the accommodation. For all bookings once we receive the non refundable deposit we will provide you with a booking voucher with the full villa or hotel details giving confirmed dates and full details of the booking. In all villa bookings full payment must be received one month in advance. For a villa booking a security deposit equal to one day's rent may be payable on your arrival by way of cash. The deposit will be used as security for any damages and or charges incurred by you during your stay. This amount less any chargeable items will be returned to you upon departure. |
