Auraliya is a stylish six bedroom beach villa ideal for families and groups of friends.
The house is designed in a courtyard shape around a beautiful turquoise swimming pool. Living areas and accommodation are arranged around three large pavilions, with high ceilings and terrazzo floors giving the house an airy and cool feel. There is an air-conditioned sitting room with cable TV, an open-air dining pavilion overlooking the swimming pool. Overlooking the sea there is a small chill out pavilion bar ideal for sun setters.
Adjoining the villa is a large garden with frangipani trees and coconut palms, ideal for children to play in. Auraliya is located on a lovely safe swimming beach protected by a coral reef.
The house is fully staffed. A cook, houseboy, room girls and a night watchman will take care of you during your stay.

| Rates Include All taxes and service charges. All villas come with staff Cleaner (Daily), Chef/Cook (Full time), and Security. Check in – 3.00pm, Check out - 10.00am Late check outs up to 6.00pm may incur a half day charge, after 6.00pm a full day may be charged. Every effort will be made to accommodate other check in/out times but will depend on availability. Cancellation Policy All cancellations must be advised in writing and will take effect the day we receive it. Standard Cancellation Terms apply however where possible we voluntarily negotiate with the hotels and service providers on your behalf and refund all recoverable costs for cancellations beyond our terms and conditions. Our standard cancellation policy is as follows: Off Peak Period • If you cancel more than 45 days prior to arrival the deposit is non-refundable. • If you cancel between 30 and 45 days prior to arrival the cancellation is 40% of the villa price. • If you cancel between 15 and 29 days prior to arrival the cancellation is 60% of the villa price. • If you cancel between 14and 0 days prior to arrival the cancellation is 100% of the villa price. Peak Period. (December 15 to January 15) • If you cancel more than 45 days prior to arrival the deposit is non-refundable. • If you cancel between 0 and 45 days prior to arrival the cancellation is 100% of the villa price. | Rates Exclude Rates do NOT include breakfast. Payment Terms A deposit is payable to when you confirm your booking. The deposit amount may vary depending on the seasonality. We will advise the exact deposit. The deposit is non refundable and is taken on behalf of the property and is required to secure the accommodation. For all bookings once we receive the non refundable deposit we will provide you with a booking voucher with the full villa or hotel details giving confirmed dates and full details of the booking. In all villa bookings full payment must be received one month in advance. For a villa booking a security deposit equal to one day's rent may be payable on your arrival by way of cash. The deposit will be used as security for any damages and or charges incurred by you during your stay. This amount less any chargeable items will be returned to you upon departure. |
