If you're planning an escape where the luxuries of space, privacy and comfort are at the top of your list then you would do little better than to head to 23 Palm. With a spectacular 130m stretch of pure golden beachfront, 23 Palm boasts some of the most extensive ocean views of any villa on this stretch of the Galle Coast. The lush garden itself is two acres in extent and features an extensive grassy lawn that reaches down to the beach without obstructing from the fabulous views of the sea. From here there's absolutely nothing between you and Antarctica; huge ships passing slowly by on the horizon are the only sign that life does still go on outside the villa's walls.
The villa itself is built in the Dutch colonial style with towering pillars, deep verandas, high archways and soaring timber ceilings that characteristically highlight the build. Two huge double suites either side of a sumptuous sitting room are equitably sized and beautifully decorated with antiques, artwork and furnishings from Africa, Asia and beyond. Sofas in the sitting room within view of the sea offer cushioned comfort under fans that provide respite from the tropical heat. Indian paintings carpet the walls whilst timber statues from Jaipur seem to watch over you protectively as you relish the timelessness of your elegant surroundings.
The deep front veranda of the villa is both sun drenched and shaded so that it offers a variety of relaxing areas for the day and night; there's a table on the veranda of each bedroom for private dining. In the garden is a double-roofed Tea House where white wicker furniture invites you to relax as you gaze at the rolling surf of the deep blue sea and glimpse at the green surface of the inviting swimming pool. The villa is fully staffed with a cook who can create a delectable menu of dishes ranging from eastern to western cuisine. The kitchen is also available for guests to cook for themselves, plus there's also an air conditioned TV Room with DVD player for those rare rainy days.

| Rates Include All taxes and service charges. All villas come with staff Cleaner (Daily), Chef/Cook (Full time), and Security. Check in – 3.00pm, Check out - 10.00am Late check outs up to 6.00pm may incur a half day charge, after 6.00pm a full day may be charged. Every effort will be made to accommodate other check in/out times but will depend on availability. Cancellation Policy All cancellations must be advised in writing and will take effect the day we receive it. Standard Cancellation Terms apply however where possible we voluntarily negotiate with the hotels and service providers on your behalf and refund all recoverable costs for cancellations beyond our terms and conditions. Our standard cancellation policy is as follows: Off Peak Period • If you cancel more than 45 days prior to arrival the deposit is non-refundable. • If you cancel between 30 and 45 days prior to arrival the cancellation is 40% of the villa price. • If you cancel between 15 and 29 days prior to arrival the cancellation is 60% of the villa price. • If you cancel between 14and 0 days prior to arrival the cancellation is 100% of the villa price. Peak Period. (December 15 to January 15) • If you cancel more than 45 days prior to arrival the deposit is non-refundable. • If you cancel between 0 and 45 days prior to arrival the cancellation is 100% of the villa price. | Rates Exclude Rates do NOT include breakfast. Payment Terms A deposit is payable to when you confirm your booking. The deposit amount may vary depending on the seasonality. We will advise the exact deposit. The deposit is non refundable and is taken on behalf of the property and is required to secure the accommodation. For all bookings once we receive the non refundable deposit we will provide you with a booking voucher with the full villa or hotel details giving confirmed dates and full details of the booking. In all villa bookings full payment must be received one month in advance. For a villa booking a security deposit equal to one day's rent may be payable on your arrival by way of cash. The deposit will be used as security for any damages and or charges incurred by you during your stay. This amount less any chargeable items will be returned to you upon departure. |
